The Rafflesia 3SSD, Damansara Perdana by MK Land

The RM100 million Rafflesia, which will be developed in 4 phases for 214 semi detached homes, is slated for completion in 2015. A total of 116 units from the Rafflesia Phase 1 and 2, which was launched in Mar 2007 and August 2009 has been fully sold.

Some 24 out of 56 units in phase 1 is scheduled for handing-over to buyers by February 2010, while the rest by June 2010.
